Security-minded administration
Docu-Base provides protection within the office. The strengths of a collaborative document system become a liability if controls are not in place to prevent the abuse -- intentional or otherwise -- of your most sensitive information. Docu-Base lets you control information access among your peers by employing three levels of management control:

• A single SuperAdmin may create document sets and add allow new users.
• Multiple users on the Admin level may add, edit and delete documents in Docu-Base. The SuperAdmin level can restrict and grant privileges to members in the Admin level.
• The SuperAdmin may create a Common Access group and provide them with read-only access to Docu-Base information. Common Access Users can search document sets and generate reports from them, but cannot add, modify or delete Docu-Base information.

Docu-Base runs on practially any Internet-capable computer
Any computer platform capable of running late-version common browsers (set to accept cookies) should work well with Docu-Base. Docu-Base doesn't require plug-ins, Java, JavaScript or Active-X controls.

Docu-Base can be customized
Customer-specified features can be added such as the ability to mix production documents for cross-referencing; fields may be added to separate documents in different case phases; or a firm may want its own identity integrated into Docu-Base.
